Since spring 2025, UTILE tenants have had free access to the Partage Club app. This partnership, now available in every UTILE building, makes it easy to lend and borrow everyday items with neighbours. It’s a simple way to make life easier and save money too!
What is Partage Club?
Partage Club is a Quebec-based app created to help us consume less without giving anything up. The idea is simple: make it safe, easy, and enjoyable to share everyday items with neighbours.
Launched in 2023, the app lets you browse a catalogue of items available nearby, send borrowing requests, and lend out the things you don’t use often. Its mission? To encourage borrowing instead of buying, even second-hand. A quiet revolution in the way we consume.
