Our operations team prioritizes the upkeep of technical systems and essential equipment, ensuring regular follow-up through ongoing maintenance contracts. In addition, security cameras are installed in shared spaces, and building access is controlled by keys or access cards.
Yes. Every tenant has access to an online tenant portal that allows them to communicate with their property manager at any time. However, regular follow-up is handled during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Outside these hours, only emergencies are handled through the emergency phone line, available 24/7.
Yes. UTILE provides all tenants with an emergency service available at all times. In case of an urgent issue, you can call the dedicated phone number, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A service provider hired by our operations team maintains the shared spaces in each UTILE building. Maintenance is regular and scheduled to keep spaces clean, safe, and pleasant.

No. Basic appliances, such as a refrigerator and a stove, are provided and designed to optimize space. These appliances are adapted to the specific dimensions of each kitchen, which is why installing a traditional refrigerator or stove would not fit the space.
